** This is exactly what education should be.

** I've just been getting ready for school as well as struggling to fight the biology [Summer School] withdrawal symptoms. I just wanted to say once again how thankful I am to you for allowing me to have this wonderful experience. At the beginning of the program, you told us that it would be a life changing experience and now, I couldn't agree more. I honestly don't think I have ever studied so much before and doubt I ever will, but I learnt so much and had a lot of fun getting to know so many wonderful people (even if it wasn't compulsory fun!).

** My advice? Take it! It's such an incredible experience to learn so much and to be immersed in an environment with so many talented people. You won't forget it! The best thing is not being bored, being around like-minded individuals.

** The two weeks spent at the Australian Chemistry Olympiad summer camp were some of the most intense, enjoyable times of my life. The skills gained will surely be a great benefit for me in my future endeavours, and the memories cherished.

** [It] was definitely the best thing I have ever done and I feel honoured to have met some of the most amazing people I will ever meet, so thank you so much for the opportunity.

** Getting the opportunity to study physics in greater depth, playing sport at lunchtime, and meeting like-minded people. I enjoyed the intensity of the challenge. It was tough, stressful, and very fun. I'm glad I came.

** Selling out to do comm/law [at university] is no longer an option. I had a wonderful time, meeting such awesome people.

** Knowing what I've achieved, and the company of the chemistry staff. I'd advise any future students to get as much out of the staff as they can. They're amazing.

** Never have I been this extended in my school studies. It's been very rewarding. It was all quite challenging. The best things were the people and the friendships I made.

** The Summer School will be an unforgettable part of my adolescent life. I only hope that I can do something similar in the future. The sense of achievement it delivered and the rigorous academic development I gained.

** The labs and practical sessions were all great. Enjoyable if a bit stressful. The tutorials were the best thing, where we try questions and tutors are ever ready to help, not only academically but in all aspects of your stay.

** I enjoyed the on-line chat room as a way of communicating before the Summer School. The lectures in the second week were slightly too fast, but everyone was really helpful. The labs and prac sessions were very interesting and introduced us to lots of new equipment. The relaxed attitude between tutors and students and the opportunity to learn more physics.
